- You must not have violated our Terms of Service. If your account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- The 7-day money-back guarantee applies only to the initial purchase of a subscription. Renewals or upgrades are not covered by this guarantee.
